Tricia’s journey into healing began at just ten years old, guided by a deep love for nature and the wise teachings of Native American and German farm women in her Pennsylvania homeland. Her path has since been enriched by the wisdom of herbal elders like Bertha Rupert, Rosemary Gladstar, Susun Weed, and experiences such as the 2002 Montana Herb Gathering with Michael Moore, Feather Jones, Sunny Mavor and more, as well as the healing philosophies of Dr. James Duke, Dr. Edgar Cayce, and Dr. John Whitman Ray.

With over two decades of experience in bodywork and holistic healing, I bring a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to my practice. My training includes visionary craniosacral therapy, Continuum Movement, Shiatsu blended with Qi Gong, reflexology, herbalism, Aikido—the art of peace—and sacred touch. Each session is held with care, presence, and deep respect for your unique healing journey.
